But that is still “proof of heat,” not necessarily “proof of usefulness.” The stronger usefulness signals in this evidence set are that it is an official Anthropic repo and that multiple posts describe runnable notebooks covering tool use, RAG, vision, prompt caching, JSON mode, sub-agents, and evals. That supports breadth and practical learning value more than the star count alone.

Its practical role is not to ship a finished app for you, and it is not a visual no-code agent builder. A better analogy is “an official recipe book plus reference implementations for the Claude API.” It helps teams turn basic chat usage into reusable workflows for classification, summarization, SQL/tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal input, and managed-agent orchestration.
