DramaClaw is a general-purpose AIGC video engine offering an end-to-end pipeline from script to final video. It auto-generates scripts, storyboards, characters, scenes, and storyboards. With a director board and reference positioning, it addresses character drift and clipping in multi-character scenes, and supports free camera switching. Its infinite canvas lets beginners start without prompts, and the sketch storyboard system saves generation credits, reducing costs. The workflow aims to enable a “one-person film crew” AI director model, letting creators focus on narrative and aesthetics.
Advantages: Fully open-source (as of July 1), free for personal and commercial use, dramatically lowering the barrier for short dramas, ads, e-commerce, and otome game videos. Zero-prompt operation and canvas-based interaction simplify creation, ideal for rapid iteration and batch output. The director world model and character locking enhance control and mitigate randomness.
Disadvantages & risks: The project is in early open-source stage with sparse community and documentation.
