A more accurate analogy is “a tmux-style console workspace for AI coding agents,” not a higher-level orchestration platform, cloud agent fleet manager, or full IDE with its own model layer.
Requirements and cost: this is a terminal-native tool, so adoption usually assumes comfort with tmux, CLI agents, and keyboard-first workflows. It is open source, and no official pricing appears in the evidence.
