GAIPPT focuses on polishing existing PPT drafts instead of generating content from scratch. After uploading a .pptx file, the AI identifies slide roles—cover, transition, multi-paragraph, team introduction, etc.—and applies matching layout templates. Users can choose from multiple styles (business, creative, academic) or upload their own brand template to keep corporate identity consistent.
Its main advantage is retaining your original content and logic while only optimizing visual elements: layouts, colors, images, and readability. You avoid the generic "AI look" and the need to repeatedly correct auto-generated text. It also allows fine-tuning—regenerate a slide based on the original or current version—giving you full control. A common workflow is to generate a draft with tools like DeepSeek or Kimi, then beautify it with GAIPPT.
Known limitations: free users are restricted to uploads under 50MB, so large files must be split; the AI's slide-type recognition is not perfect and may need manual adjustment. The tool does not create content itself—all text and data must be pre-written.
