Tool overview

Based on the available evidence, this is best understood as a lightweight connector that links a personal Glasp library to AI chat, not as a standalone note-taking app, a general search engine, or a full knowledge-base platform. The only capability we can confirm with confidence is that it lets users search Glasp highlights and notes inside Claude and ChatGPT; claims about sync depth, permissions, reliability, or broader model support are not supported by the current evidence.

In practice, it looks more like a personal reading-excerpt retrieval plug-in. If you already use Glasp to save web highlights, annotations, and notes, the connector could help an AI assistant pull from that material during conversations to summarize themes, recall prior reading, and draft responses grounded in your own saved context. A more accurate analogy is “a Glasp data source for AI chat,” not a RAG stack or enterprise knowledge platform.

On setup difficulty and cost, the evidence is very limited: we only have a Product Hunt lead, with no official repository, docs, pricing page, or hands-on review in the source set.
