Gumloop
Gumloop is a no-code AI automation platform enabling non-technical employees to build AI agent workflows via drag-and-drop, automating multi-step repetitive tasks.
Tool overview
Gumloop is a no-code AI automation platform that allows non-technical staff in sales, operations, HR, and other functions to assemble AI agent workflows through a visual drag-and-drop interface. These workflows chain steps such as "query information → organize → make decisions → invoke AI models → send emails or log into CRM" into repeatable automations. For example, Gusto, an HR and payroll fintech company, uses Gumloop for go-to-market automation.
The drag-and-drop approach dramatically lowers the barrier to entry, enabling rapid experimentation and deployment without writing code. It allows companies to offload repetitive tasks to AI agents, freeing up employee time. The $50 million Series B round led by Benchmark reflects market confidence in such tools.
However, AI automation is not a silver bullet. Gumloop's founder has cautioned that blindly deploying AI agents in areas outside one's expertise can lead to poor outcomes; real value comes from accelerating processes you already understand deeply. Workflow design still requires clear logic, and initial setup can be time-consuming. Free credits are limited, and costs may rise substantially at scale.
