Lianqi AI specializes in engineering bids, automatically parsing tender documents, extracting scoring points and disqualification risks, and generating technical proposals including construction processes and Gantt charts. It supports real-time team collaboration, version control, and region-specific compliance with Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai bidding rules. In tests, a 100-page engineering technical bid was generated in about 5 minutes 30 seconds. However, cross-industry adaptation is poor, with weaker performance in service and procurement tenders, and content repetition can be high. The tool holds only basic software copyrights and Level 3 information security protection, lacking algorithm filing and state-secret encryption, making it unsuitable for sensitive or high-compliance government projects. Core bid query and basic generation may be free, but advanced risk control and private deployment require payment. Ideal for small-to-medium engineering firms in the Yangtze River Delta handling standard bids; less suitable for large, multi-industry projects or regulated government procurement.
