But those are signs of interest, not proof of sustained usefulness. Stronger evidence comes from training-pipeline explainers, local deployment writeups, and hands-on reports noting weak Chinese performance, so its present-day adoption value should be judged conservatively.

In practice, this is not a ready-made SaaS chatbot, and not just a thin wrapper around ChatGPT. A more accurate analogy is an open recipe combining dataset, fine-tuned models, and alignment-training methods.
