Based on the available evidence, QHarness is best judged as a high-quality build log and reference implementation, not a broadly validated general-purpose agent platform. Nearly all evidence comes from one Zhihu series by the same author. The heat proof is mainly the ongoing series and a small amount of engagement; there is no GitHub repo, independent replication, or multi-party review in the provided sources. So the evidence supports that someone is seriously building and iterating on it, but not yet that it is community-validated or ready out of the box.

Its practical role is fairly clear: it incrementally implements a coding-agent harness with tool execution, EditFile, context truncation, text compression, AGENTS.md/skill support, tool-error recovery, anti-loop braking, browser dock integration, and risky-command confirmation. It is not a generic chatbot wrapper, and not a hosted IDE-agent service.
