VoxCraft
An AI tool that turns images or text into 3D models with one click, helping designers quickly produce prototypes and assets.
Tool overview
VoxCraft provides three core functions: image-to-3D, text-to-3D, and text-to-texture. Users can upload sketches, photos, or other images to generate 3D models, describe objects in text, or apply textures to white models by entering prompts like "Venom." Exported obj files can be further edited in other software.
Advantages include no need for a VPN to access (friendly to users in China) and a free credit tier (current evidence indicates 200 free credits per month, 2000 on first sign-up, with one generation costing 100 credits). It yields decent results and can accelerate design iteration.
Limitations: the free credit pool is small and depletes quickly under heavy use; model precision may not meet industrial standards, and complex shapes often require manual refinement. Free generations might carry a Creative Commons license, so commercial use should be checked. The evidence is limited to a handful of user experiences, and long-term reliability and updates are unclear.
It suits designers (landscape, product, game), content creators, and educational demos that need rapid 3D prototyping.
