Tool overview

Fogsight is extremely easy to use: type a word or short phrase (e.g., 'how lightning forms', 'bubble sort'), and the AI handles script writing, visual layout, and dynamic effects, generating a complete HTML animation in minutes. Output supports bilingual narration and can be exported as a web page or video, making it ideal for rapid creation of teaching demos, tech explainers, and creative ideation.

Its strengths include being fully free and open-source under the MIT license, with local deployment possible for data privacy. Technically, Fogsight uses an LLM to generate HTML and GSAP animations directly, avoiding the complexity of rendering engines like Manim, so it excels at flexible, everyday concept visualization. Its Language User Interface (LUI) allows iterative refinement through natural multi-turn conversation, achieving precise, language-driven adjustments.

Limitations: by simplifying the pipeline, Fogsight may underperform in scenarios requiring high-precision formulas or complex 3D scenes compared to specialized tools such as VideoTutor.
